What to include
Choose the correct company, give an experience date and explain the relevant interaction. Describe the product or service and how the company responded. The rating should reflect your own experience, rather than an unrelated disagreement.
What to leave out
Do not publish full names of private individuals, booking references, contact details, financial information or login credentials. Threats, discriminatory abuse, advertisements, copied reviews and fabricated experiences do not belong in this directory.
Before publication
Reviews enter a moderation queue. Submitting a review does not guarantee publication, and a displayed date should not be read as verification of the underlying event. The directory does not manufacture ratings or imply that an empty page has customer feedback.
Fair handling
Positive and negative experiences are eligible under the same rules. The publisher may ask for clarification, remove private details or reject content that violates this policy. A critical opinion alone is not a reason to remove a review.
Report a problem
Use the report option or contact page to identify a review that exposes private information, concerns the wrong company or otherwise breaks these rules. Explain the issue so it can be assessed.
