Reader submissions
A review form asks for a display name, email, rating, title, review text and experience date. If approved, the display name, review content, rating and dates can be public. The email address is kept for moderation and is not displayed with the review. Contact and correction messages are sent to the publisher’s private review queue.
Service and security records
Hosting and network providers process requests and technical information needed to deliver the website. The application uses a limited, pseudonymous request identifier to control submission rates. Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie; readers do not need an account to browse.
Storage and handling
Submissions are stored in the site’s hosting database and accessed by authorized administrators for moderation and replies. Information may be retained while needed for these purposes, security and applicable obligations. Do not include passwords, payment details, passport numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
External destinations
Links to company websites leave this directory. Those businesses apply their own privacy notices and may use different analytics, cookies or account requirements. Their practices are not controlled by this publisher.
Your requests
Use the contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Provide enough context to identify the submission, without sending sensitive identity documents through the ordinary form. Reasonable verification may be needed to protect another person’s information.
