Check the source and the purpose
Company-operated websites and regional help centers are preferred. If a supporting source belongs to an airport or another organization, that distinction remains visible. A baggage department, sales desk and refund tool are recorded for their actual roles.
Understand the date
A contact date records when that particular source was reviewed. Redesigning this site, importing a record or rewriting the description does not renew the date. A web-source review is not a completed telephone test.
Keep uncertainty visible
When a suitable telephone is not documented, the page directs readers to an online company channel. Access problems at a source do not by themselves prove that a contact has changed. The source’s regional or departmental limitations remain relevant.
Use evidence for corrections
To report a wrong route, identify the affected listing and include a current company source when available. Editors compare the proposed replacement with its purpose and region. The directory does not sell better ratings or replace company numbers with unrelated sales lines.
No live queue prediction
The directory does not monitor call queues, agent availability or the outcome of requests. It does not generate wait-time estimates or promise that a call will resolve a problem.
